Our snow trip was successful and fun. There was so much snow we were diving off of the boat ramp into the snow drifts. Echo lake was frozen over and we were able to ski across the lake. We skied to upper Echo and hit the boys limit. They were tired and wanted to set up camp. We stopped on the lake shore (hard to tell when it is frozen over). As we were setting up our campsite it started to snow. With the cold, exhaustion and snow the boys went to sleep in thier tent murmuring about thier crazy leader. Meanwhile thier crazy leader was the only one up.
In the morning we awoke to a beautuful day and a great ski out of the lake area and back to the car!
